This year, I am making many gifts to give. I have found that I love to craft–and one of those passions is crocheting!
This is my latest crochet project. I made Kayla a lime green, teal blue, and black blanket that goes the whole length and width of her bed. She loves it!

Now to finish that quilt for my mother in law for Christmas and I will be just about done!

Hi! I am Jen--a wife to the most amazing man ever and a homeschool mom to one teenager. I just graduated my oldest.
I have been blogging since 2007. I love to watch movies, spend time in the kitchen, crochet, dance, drink coffee, and lay on the beach. Between recipes, reviews, and hilarious life story moments you'll find many helpful posts on this blog. Welcome, pull up a chair and stay for a while!

That looks so cozy! I’m sure they’ll be a big hit as gifts!
I’ve recently picked up my crochet hooks again and have been making neck scarves. I bought flannel to make Christmas gifts yesterday…must cut it out today. I always wait til almost Christmas to get started.
Your blanket turned out awesome! The colors go so well together. Crocheting takes more patience than I have!!
Thanks for linking up to the Free for All party!

Beautiful colors in the afghan!
I couple of Christmases ago we arrived at my mother’s house to see 17 stuffed white trash bags around her tree.
She had made each of her grandchildren, her children and two daughter in laws a full size afghan. We were amazed and impressed! She said she started in January
WOW! That is AMAZING! I have been trying to knit a baby-sized blanket for like TWO YEARS, I can’t even imagine a full sized one! Way to go!
I should totally learn to crochet – you guys really motor thru your projects.
I love Crocheting too! Nice Blanket, Kayla really seems to love it!
