Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

My daughter has a sweet little friend named Kenzie who loves my desserts! I have always fixed her and her brothers and sisters their very own special dessert for their birthdays. When I asked her what she wanted–she said, ” A chocolate cake with strawberries and chocolate”.

I had to think on it for a little bit to really get in my mind how I was going to make this cake. One night while sleeping, I saw it–in my brain–seriously! So here is the creation. Every single bit of it is homemade :) Easy, peasy, and SO yummy!
