If you want a delicious and decadent chocolate cake, you have GOT to try Paula Deen’s Chocolate Sheet Cake. So far, there is not one recipe of hers that I have fixed that is not flavorful or scrumptious. This cake is no exception.
Notice the ooey gooey center? It’s like a poke cake (think old timey cakes like grandma used to make.) I was curious if it was going to taste like a chocolate cake because of the ingredients, but oh my word — it is out of this world. Moist, chocolatey, delicious — yes, everything you want in a piece of chocolate cake.

This is by far the ultimate chocolate cake. I thought I have been making one for years, but this tops anything I have ever made or tasted. It’s incredibly rich, moist, and if you can believe this — I think it was even better the next day after being refrigerated. A definite go to recipe for any occasion.
