I recently decided that I wanted to lose weight  and get healthy — I mean really healthy. I am so tired of feeling run down, sick, and just yucky. I can tell that my body is missing certain vitamins and such. It wasn’t until I was sitting on the couch over Thanksgiving weekend that I truly realized how mistreated my body felt. I started doing some research and spoke to my friend who believes in taking supplements to help you get the nutrition your body needs.

I had no clue what to take or where to even start, so my friend, who happens to be an Amway distributor, directed me to the NUTRILITE® Supplement recommending site.

When I was introduced to the NUTRILITE® website, I was really intrigued.  It doesn’t start you off with a huge list of supplements to choose from, but wants to ask you about YOU — which makes a huge difference. For one, not everyone is the same, and not everyone needs the same supplements, so to know that they wanted to know about me and my needs before trying to sell me the product left a huge great first impression on me.

While answering the questions, to the right hand of the screen, NUTRILITE® gives you tips on things such as caffeine consumption, sleep patterns, the importance of fish (which I do not eat that much of). I was just really impressed with the whole entire process.

These supplements are scientifically supported. There is no guessing which ones you should take. Each assessment is tailored for THAT person, which means your assessment and mine will be totally different. What my body needs is not exactly what your body needs.

Some things that I noticed for me right off the bat is that I am missing some of the most important nutrients my body needs like —

  • iron
  • Vitamin D
  • Omega 3
  • Calcium

I am not a big fruit and vegetable fan. I am learning, but in the meantime until I get all that under control and learn to eat them properly, I should be taking supplements to replace the nutrients I am not getting into my body — which are important for you to feel healthy.

Why Should You Take NUTRILITE® Supplements?

  1. They replace important nutrients you may or may not be putting into your body
  2. You get the recommended daily amounts according to the FDA.
  3. Getting the right amount in your body will balance out your health, making you feel more energized, healthy, and happy.

I did not know that before taking this assessment. Reading the tips on the sidebar of the site really helped me to grasp hold of what I am missing and what I need.

The prices range in variety for the NUTRILITE® supplements and are very affordable. In fact, they are a premium brand and more affordable than most supplements that you can buy over the counter or through magazine orders.
