I love finding food that I can make that is not only good for me, but easy to make, and all 15 of these recipes are just that.

In fact, one of my new favorite foods is quinoa — and I found a TON of recipes on Foodie.com that use this delicious, healthy ingredient.

Another new favorite of mine is shrimp. I like it grilled with a lot of spices to give it that cajun flare. Placed in a tortilla shell, they make the most awesome Shrimp taco on the planet when topped with pico de gallo and fresh guacamole.
