Get 20% Off Your Spring Order from Alpha Omega #Homeschooling

I am an ambassador for Alpha Omega Homeschooling. I received a full year school program in exchange for participating in this campaign. My love for Alpha Omega are 100% real and my own.

Even though most of us are preparing for the end of the school year, a homeschool mom’s adventure is just beginning. We love to plan and get ready for the next year’s big curriculum purchase — and a lot of us choose to do that in April. I am super pumped to share with you about Alpha Omega’s Spring Sale!

Alpha Omega Spring Sale

During April, you can save a whopping 20% off your curriculum purchase from Alpha Omega. They offer several options that might work for your child.

  • Monarch — online internet school for grades 3-12
  • Switched on Schoolhouse — computer based cd’s for grades 3-12
  • Lifepacs for the self guided student grades k-12
  • Horizons – spiral approach to learning for grades k-12
  • Weaver — perfect for multiple children for grades k-12

Which one is right for you? Let them help you choose!

I am super excited to announce that this year, my daughter will be joining other homeschooling students who use Alpha Omega. In the past, we have pretty much just pieced things together — but this year, since it will be her junior year, we are going with this program to help her get prepared for college and beyond.

She will be using the Monarch program. We chose this option because we do a lot of traveling for my work so we always have to be able to get to her school. By using this option, she will only need her computer and internet access and she can do her schooling anywhere.

I will be sharing all kinds of cool stuff throughout the year of what we are doing, etc.

Have you used Alpha Omega? What are your thoughts about their program?

I have decided to start homeschooling my daughter this year (5th grade). This is one of the curriculum’s I have been looking into, but talking with others who do home-school, they say they use several different ones for each subject. I can see where I would be lost doing that for our first year. I need to make a decision quick, but I am still unsure of which to go with. Does the Alpha Omega curriculum come with day to day lesson plans? Thanks for any advice you can offer me!

Yes the LifePacs are great for what you are wanting to do. They are easy to teach from. I would suggest your first year using a curriculum that is easy to navigate and all comes together then after the first year, branch out if you want to into using more than one kind. Be sure to get yourself into a homeschool group. If you need help getting started, please feel free to email me at
