Hi! I am Jen--a wife to the most amazing man ever and a homeschool mom to one teenager. I just graduated my oldest.
I have been blogging since 2007. I love to watch movies, spend time in the kitchen, crochet, dance, drink coffee, and lay on the beach. Between recipes, reviews, and hilarious life story moments you'll find many helpful posts on this blog. Welcome, pull up a chair and stay for a while!

Hi, Jennifer. This is the first time in a long while that I have looked at your blog. You ROCK, girl!! I love it, and will be checking in much more often. Keep up the great work. You are such an encourager!
You have a beautiful family and I love the “dog pound”

+1
I found your website by looking for the hot mustard dressing from Rafferty’s. I noticed a picture of your kidsand I’m very interested in the scene behind them. It looks like biblical scenery, soldiers etc. I could’nt tell if it was wallpaper or something else. I am very interested in this for our church. If you could I would apprectiate you e-mailing me with the info if possible. Your sister in Christ, Denise Jude
Great story. I am back in town and will see you soon.
Hi Jennifer, I found your blog after searching Nancy Leigh DeMoss’ name on Twitter. I read your comment about beginning her book “Choosing Gratitude.” The Lord has lead me to that book for my summer study and I, too, have recently began to read it. Thanks for sharing your life to so many women who need encouragement and the Gospel. I, also, am an homeschooling mom (who devours books and enjoys food a little too much and cooking delicious things for my family), all because of the transforming work of the Holy Spirit in my life. I look forward to continuing to read your blog. May God richly bless you in all things of Him!
