When my daughter was in 3rd grade, she was the target of her first bully. Being in 3rd grade, your whole world comes crashing down when someone has problems with you — and for my daughter, she was heartbroken that someone would choose to pick on her. The girl that was the bully was 3 times bigger than any of the other kids in her class, and honestly looked like she belonged in 6th grade instead of 3rd grade.
